This documents aims to help you prepare your order in the best conditions, to avoid mistakes in deliveries of your goods and to speare you additional costs.
I. Your request for quotation
1-Please indicate reference(s) article code(s) of required product(s) and quantity
2-In case you do not know the reference, please send full description, even drawings see hereunder details.
3-Please inform your payment method and required delivery time
4-Please send us your enquiry or order from by fax if possible.
If you do not know the accurate part(s) reference(s) that your are looking for, please give MG2000 the following informations
* Brand name of equipment on which the part is to be mounted
* Date of purchase (year) or manufacturing date of the machine, country of origin
* Type or kind of machine.
In case you can not inform precisely, depending, please inform
- Oven : number of stages, gas or oil burners, numbers of baguettes...
- Moulder : Horizontal, vertical, equipped with 2 or 3 cylinders...
- Divider : Manual, hydraulic or volumetric, number of divisions, round or spare tank...
These informations will allow us to give you a price quotation in a shorter time and to deliver your order at the best lead time.
For any other equipment, please give us the most detailed information you can.
FIRM ORDER
1 - Please indicate on your order form: reference(s), article code(s) of required product(s) and exact quantity (pen item, in linear meter if good sold by meter).
2 - Please stipulate the number of pro-forma, or our price offer, or MG2000 promotion
3 - Do not forget to indicate the unit price per item
